Law360, New York (November 04, 2009) -- AtriCure Inc. said Wednesday it had reached a tentative $3.8 million settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice to lay to rest allegations over marketing practices related to the medical device maker's surgical ablation devices.
The tentative agreement resolves issues raised by the DOJ in its investigation of West Chester, Ohio-based AtriCure over potential False Claims Act and common law violations....
