CPSC Stays Lead-Level Enforcement For Kids' Bikes

Law360, New York (July 01, 2009) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission will put off enforcement of a new law directing children's bicycle manufacturers to halve lead levels in certain bike parts by August, giving bicycle manufacturers until July 2011 to figure out how to make critical components safely without lead.
