Class Action Over Dell Printer Feature Dismissed

Law360, New York (June 30, 2009) -- A judge has dismissed a proposed class action accusing Dell Inc. of fraudulently marketing an ink-jet printer feature to dupe customers into replacing ink cartridges that don't need to be replaced.
