Apple's IMac Screens Marred By Line 'Defect': Suit

Law360, New York (January 05, 2009) -- A proposed class action filed on New Year's Eve accuses Apple Inc. of failing to disclose a “latent” manufacturing defect that can cause unwanted vertical lines to appear on the company's popular iMac computer display screens.
